Owned the PDPO Portal and Knowledge Base, internal platforms serving Ford's 3DEXPERIENCE product development users.

• Designed and launched a production AI assistant and RAG agent platform with Google ADK and Vertex AI, now used in both the Portal and Knowledge Base and planned for reuse by other teams.
• Migrated the Knowledge Base from MkDocs to Zensical and added a FastAPI and Uvicorn runtime, turning a static site into a platform with authentication, sessions, and APIs.
• Automated calendar versioning and releases for 2 applications with GitHub Actions, shipping 5 monthly and 3 patch releases with zero manual versioning or release notes.
• Rebuilt the Portal from legacy HTML into a Next.js and Spring Boot application with live LDAP team directories and an Elastic Synthetics health dashboard for 3 environments.
• Enforced repository standards and strict build validation, eliminating about 1 hour per week of broken link cleanup, and mentored contributors through 18+ support issues.

Completed Ford's IT Academy program in Java full stack development on Google Cloud.

• Migrated legacy financial applications from Linux shell and SQL scripts to Google Cloud Platform, rebuilding them with Spring Boot and Angular.
• Maintained code quality and security with Tekton, SonarQube, and FOSSA through testing, change approval, and production deployment.
